Simple and short programme so you never get exhausted, demotivated, and especially injured. Strength, endurance and speed training to help you improve in all aspects important for competition.

Group version. Train alongside other athletes with the same training plan.

  • Program Objective: Complete the first 12/14 weeks of training without pain or injury

  • Program Duration: 12/14 weeks

  • Number of Running Sessions (general): 3-4xweek

  • Number of Running Training Sessions (Specific): 1xWeek

  • Number of Strength/Gym Training Sessions: 1xWeek

  • Weekly Training Volume: 30-40km/Week
